Order details (plan, amount, order number), the delivery email you provide, and technical records such as IP address for fraud prevention and security.

2. How we use it

To deliver your eSIM, send order-related email, handle refunds, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data.

3. Service providers

Payments are processed by ECPay and PayPal; eSIMs are provisioned by our carrier partner; sign-in is handled by our identity service; email is delivered by our mail provider. Each receives only what it needs to perform its role.

4. Retention

Order records are kept for accounting and legal requirements. You may ask us to delete data that is no longer required.
