Free and public WiFi map

Look up spots before you leave, or find somewhere to connect when your data slows down. The data comes from government open data. We organize it and show where it came from and how old it is, but we have not checked these locations in person.

GPS is the most accurate and asks for permission. IP needs no permission but only finds your city, and can be far off on an eSIM or VPN.

Used to find public WiFi near you. Your precise location isn't sent to us. When data loads, the service learns a block about 1,000 km across.

IP: 216.73.217.110

This search runs only on your device and your query isn't sent anywhere. The magnifier in the page header is a separate site search, and its queries are recorded.

Nearby hotspots

Search for a place, or use GPS or your IP, to list nearby hotspots.

Your precise location is only calculated in this page's memory. It isn't written to the URL or cookies, isn't sent to us, and doesn't go into site analytics. When data loads, the service learns a block about 1,000 km across. Your browser keeps one thing: a switch for automatic location.

When you use your IP, this site returns an approximate city based on your connection. The result is not stored.

Need to stay online away from hotspots?

Public WiFi only works at certain places, and each provider decides its speed and hours. If you need to stay online during your trip, take a look at eSIM plans by destination.
