An eSIM that has not been used — meaning the QR code has not been scanned and installed — can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, subject to approval by the upstream supplier, after which the amount is returned to the original payment method. Processing follows the payment provider's own timeline, so when it lands depends on your card issuer or payment platform.

Once the QR code has been scanned and installed, the plan cannot be refunded. At the moment of scanning, the allocation is issued and taken by the carrier and cannot be reclaimed by us, so it falls outside the refund window whether or not any data is later used.

If you scanned it and then hit a service problem — poor signal, no connection (as opposed to force majeure such as natural disasters or a local carrier outage) — contact support directly. We will pull the connection and usage records for that eSIM from the carrier and decide on a refund after reviewing them. We will not refuse on a hunch, and we will not refund when the records show the eSIM connected normally and carried traffic.

A small number of plans are activated by the supplier the moment payment completes and cannot be refunded at all; those plans are clearly marked on the product page and you are asked to confirm before buying or adding them to the cart. Top-ups, which add data to an eSIM you already own, likewise cannot be refunded once completed.

How to request a refund

  1. Find your order — members can open My Orders; if you bought as a guest, look it up with your order number and the email you used at checkout.
  2. Open the order and submit a refund request with your reason. If you scanned the QR code and then hit connection problems, tell us the symptoms, the city you were in and when it happened.
  3. We confirm the eSIM's status with the upstream supplier and pull the carrier's connection and usage records before deciding. You'll hear the outcome and any refund progress by email.

Any questions, just reply to any of your order emails or use the contact form.
