Where the name 226 comes from
226 is a distance, not a random number. A full-distance Ironman is 3.8 km of swimming, 180 km on the bike and a 42.195 km marathon — 226 kilometres in one day. Our founder finished that race, and bought the domain 226network.com afterwards.
We kept the name because the race asks for the same things this service does: prepare properly, keep going when it gets hard, and sweat the details nobody sees. Your connection abroad is not allowed to quit halfway either.
