1. Service

eSIM Go sells travel eSIM data plans. After payment is confirmed, the eSIM QR code and manual installation details are delivered to your email — no physical shipment is involved.

2. Accounts and guest checkout

You can buy with or without an account. For guest purchases, the email you enter at checkout is where your eSIM is delivered and how you retrieve your order — please make sure it is correct.

3. Pricing and payment

All plans are priced in US dollars. Card payments processed in Taiwan are charged in New Taiwan dollars at the exchange rate shown at checkout; PayPal payments are charged in US dollars. Other currencies shown on the site are estimates only.

4. Refunds

Unused eSIMs can be refunded upon request, subject to review. Once an eSIM has been installed or has consumed data, it can no longer be refunded. Refunds are returned via the original payment method.

5. Fair use

Plans run on local carrier networks and follow their fair-use policies, including speed limits noted on each plan page. Coverage and speeds depend on the local carrier and cannot be guaranteed at all times and locations.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes take effect when published on this page.
