How it works

Three steps, online the moment you land

Nothing to ship, no SIM to swap, no counter to find when you arrive.

  1. Pick a destination and length

Choose where you are going, filter by validity, data and price, and check out online.

  2. Install it before you fly

Your QR code arrives by email within minutes of payment. Install it while you still have Wi-Fi — validity only starts once the eSIM actually connects to a network at your destination, so installing early costs you nothing.

  3. Land, switch it on, go

On arrival, set mobile data to this eSIM and turn data roaming on for it — an eSIM connects as a roaming line. Keep your own number for calls and texts, but turn data roaming off on that line so your home carrier does not bill you.

Why us

Skip the queue, the SIM swap and the roaming bill

  • No airport counter, no queue

Your QR code reaches your inbox within minutes of payment, so you can install it before you fly. Land, switch it on, and you are online — no counter to find, no opening hours to wait for.

  • Your own number keeps receiving texts

The eSIM runs alongside your existing number, so calls and SMS still reach you abroad — booking confirmations and bank one-time codes included.

  • Unused? Refundable within 7 days

An eSIM you have not scanned can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, subject to approval by the upstream supplier. Once installed it cannot be refunded — scanning is the moment the carrier allocates and locks that line.

Payments

Pay the way you already do

The payment methods available to you depend on your market and are listed below. Card details go straight to the payment provider and never touch our servers.

  • PayPal (International)

For overseas customers only — PayPal does not support domestic transactions in Taiwan. Pay in USD with your PayPal balance or card; no account needed.

Bank-guaranteed payments — order with confidence

  • Overseas payments go through PayPal with Buyer Protection — if your order never arrives, you can claim a refund from PayPal directly.

Common questions

What people ask before buying

Is an eSIM the same as a travel SIM card?

They do the same job. A traditional travel SIM is a plastic card you have posted out and swap into your phone; an eSIM is the same mobile data plan written straight into the phone by scanning a QR code — nothing to ship, nothing to swap, nothing to lose. Every plan sold here is an eSIM.

Does my phone support eSIM?

Most phones released since 2019 do — including iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and recent Samsung Galaxy S and Z models. Your phone also needs to be carrier-unlocked. On iPhone you can check this in Settings → General → About → Carrier Lock, which should read “No SIM restrictions”. Dial *#06# and look for an EID number to confirm.

How do I get and install my eSIM after purchase?

Once payment is confirmed, your eSIM QR code is usually emailed to you within minutes. You can also find it anytime under “My Orders”, or look it up with your order number and email if you checked out as a guest. To install, display the QR code on another device and scan it, or enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code from the email manually.

When should I install and activate the plan?

Install the eSIM while you still have Wi-Fi, ideally before you fly. The validity period only starts counting once the eSIM connects to a network at your destination, so installing early costs you nothing.

What is the refund policy?

An eSIM whose QR code has not been scanned and installed can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, subject to approval by the upstream supplier. Once scanned and installed it cannot be refunded — at that moment the allocation is issued and taken by the carrier. If you hit signal or connection problems after scanning (force majeure aside), contact support: we pull the carrier's connection and usage records and decide on a refund after reviewing them. A few plans activate the moment payment completes and cannot be refunded at all; those are clearly marked on the product page. Top-ups also cannot be refunded once completed.
