What people ask before buying
Does my phone support eSIM?
Check the exact model, sales region and eSIM support, and confirm the phone is carrier-unlocked. Different regional versions of the same model can differ. On iPhone, check Settings → General → About → Carrier Lock for “No SIM restrictions”. Dial *#06# to look for an EID as an additional check; still verify the exact model and region.
Can I share the connection with a laptop or tablet over hotspot?
Hotspot availability depends on the plan. Check its terms before purchase; connected devices consume the same allowance as your phone.
Do speeds differ between eSIM sellers?
Connection quality mainly depends on the local mobile carrier, not the seller or upstream brand alone. Plans using the same local network with similar terms often offer a similar experience. Actual speeds still depend on signal, congestion, your device, roaming routes, speed caps and fair usage policies. Compare the supported carriers and high-speed allowance on the plan page; the same carrier does not guarantee identical speeds.
How do I get and install my eSIM after purchase?
After payment and fulfillment, check the delivery email or order page for installation details. Sign in or complete the current identity verification to access the order and eSIM credentials. Delivery time depends on processing; contact support if needed.
When should I install and activate the plan?
Activation may start at purchase, installation or first network connection, depending on the plan. Read the product’s activation and validity rules before installing; early installation may consume validity.
What is the refund policy?
An eSIM whose QR code has not been scanned and installed can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, subject to approval by the upstream supplier. Once scanned and installed it generally cannot be refunded — at that moment the allocation is issued and taken by the carrier. The exception is a poor network after you land (force majeure aside): during your trip, open the order page, choose "Slow network after landing", turn off Wi-Fi and run the speed test there to apply; support reviews the speed tests, usage and location by hand, and approved requests are refunded in full. A few plans activate the moment payment completes and cannot be refunded at all; those are clearly marked on the product page. Top-ups also cannot be refunded once completed.
