Get connected on arrival

- Compare price, data and validity together. Record expiry according to activation rules, and check top-up or repurchase options.
Internet access does not mean SMS access

- A service registration or account login asks for a verification code sent by text.
- Challenge
- A data-only eSIM does not provide a phone number or SMS, so it cannot receive SMS verification codes.
- Suggestion
- For calls or verification texts, check the number type required and keep a working phone number.
Check coverage before visiting Indonesia
- Situation
- Before and after a home visit, you need to contact family and arrange transport and pickups.
- Challenge
- A Taiwan plan may not cover Indonesia and may have expired by your return.
- Suggestion
- Check coverage in both countries and transit stops, validity, and whether top-ups or reuse are supported.

Can I top up when data runs out or the plan expires?
Check the individual product’s top-up, reduced-speed, service-stop and repurchase rules. A longer stay does not mean automatic renewal.
Can I use this eSIM when visiting Indonesia?
Check coverage for Taiwan, Indonesia and transit stops, as well as validity. Taiwan coverage alone does not include Indonesia; top-ups and reuse depend on the product.
