Work schedules, accommodation and contact habits differ. Think about your daily situations before checking whether a plan fits.

Get connected on arrival

Situation: After landing, you need to reassure family, contact your pickup and check your accommodation.
Challenge: Messages and addresses may be unavailable once you leave airport Wi-Fi.
Suggestion: Before departure, check phone compatibility, installation and activation rules. Save contacts and addresses.

Situation: Shifts and breaks vary, so finding time to talk with family in Indonesia takes planning.
Challenge: Running out of data during a video call can cut the conversation short.

Situation: Changing accommodation or workplaces means checking transport, addresses and arrival arrangements.
Challenge: Wi-Fi may not be ready at the new accommodation, and your usual connection may no longer suit you.

Situation: A service registration or account login asks for a verification code sent by text.
Challenge: A data-only eSIM does not provide a phone number or SMS, so it cannot receive SMS verification codes.
Suggestion: For calls or verification texts, check the number type required and keep a working phone number.

Situation: Before and after a home visit, you need to contact family and arrange transport and pickups.
Challenge: A Taiwan plan may not cover Indonesia and may have expired by your return.

Follow the product’s installation instructions and validity start conditions. Installation and activation may happen at different times; arrange access to a stable internet connection for installation.

Can I top up when data runs out or the plan expires?

Check the individual product’s top-up, reduced-speed, service-stop and repurchase rules. A longer stay does not mean automatic renewal.

Can I use this eSIM when visiting Indonesia?

Check coverage for Taiwan, Indonesia and transit stops, as well as validity. Taiwan coverage alone does not include Indonesia; top-ups and reuse depend on the product.
